Exhibit Space & Information Tables & Artists

Exhibit and Table space is available for those wishing to display information or materials related to science, culture, education, environmental health and action.

We are also encouraging artists and activists who may want to display their culture/ science/ justice/ environment - related art, artisan work or crafts.

Exhibits are open on Friday from 8-4 (indoor with table & chair) and Saturday from 8-5 (outdoor field space only – no below ground stakes allowed, bring your own table & chair).  Pre-registration is required.

  • Please be sure to complete the online exhibitor (and/or vendor) registration form here as soon as possible, as spaces are competitive. 
  • Exhibitors who indicate that they will have bi- or multilingual materials and/ or staff in attendance will receive higher consideration.
  • If you are selected as an exhibitor, you will receive an official notice of invitation to exhibit from the Chalchiutlicue Committee.
  • There must be absolutely no food available (including: any beverage, snack, gum or candy) at exhibit or vendor booths.

Registration is free and fees will only be collected from exhibitors who accept the invitation to exhibit.

Fee Scale: 

  • Free - For Confirmed presenters & schools with a registration of five or more students
  • $50 - Non-profit organizations with an annual budget of less than $25,000
  • $100 - Non-profit organizations with an annual budget of more than $25,000
  • Slide - Negotiable for most community / artist based for-profit ventures
