Exhibit Space and Information Tables

During the Chalchiutlicue Ceremony at Powderhorn Park on Saturday, groups, projects and organizations are encouraged to set up an exhibit or table and share with the community what you are working on. Please share free written materials about health, environmental health, recycling, waste management, environmental justice issues, and anything else that promotes a healthy environment both indoors and out.

We are looking for information tables that are relative to environmentalism, environmental justice, healthy food alternatives, Latino based grass roots efforts, immigrant workers rights and the right to a healthy and safe work environment, to name a few.

Bilingual Information is required to set up a table. Let us know if you need help with translation and we will refer you to professional translation services. Due to the nature of this celebration, there will be no food vending of any kind. Please, no food, pop, gum, drink of any kind or candy. We will be providing free water all day to everyone as part of our celebration.

We would like to encourage those who make their own things to please come and set up a spot to show their work. We encourage those who are working with indigenous communities to bring their project's artisan work or other forms of production. If you are interested in vending, intend on vending or just have questions please call (612) 388-0552.

All exhibits and information tables must be approved by the Chalchiutlicue committee prior to setting up, so please let us know if you are interested in setting up a table. Email info@chalchiutlicue.org or telephone (651) 276-1566, or complete the online exhibitor (and/or vendor) registration form here.

Also, because space on Saturday is complimentary, we will not be providing tables, chairs, or shade (no below the ground stakes are allowed). All information tables will be placed in a designated area around the ceremonial space.
