Vendors at the Chalchiutlicue Environmental Justice Summit

We welcome a limited number of community based, grass roots, governmental and non-governmental, non-profit and for profit organizations to share their information with us at the Chalchiutlicue Environmental Justice Summit.

Exhibit space is available for rental on a first come, first served basis during the day on Friday. Tables and chairs will be provided.

If you wish to set up on Saturday, you will need to bring your own table, chair and weather protection. (No staking into the ground without parks pre approval – there are gas lines under the field)

FEES:
All Fees must be paid in full prior to set up. We will accept a purchase order.

Non-Profit: $200
Business: $300
Individual Artisans: $75 or 10%, which ever is greater

GUIDELINES:

  • No food or drink of any kind may be sold
  • At least one brochure/hand out must be in Spanish
  • No same day registration, no exceptions!
